At HomelyGlow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help with our hassle-free return policy.
30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Return Shipping Fees (Free Returns)

Who pays for return shipping? HomelyGlow covers 100% of the return shipping costs for all eligible returns. There is no restocking fee or return shipping charge for the customer.
How to Initiate a Return

Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Mail your item to our return center: Karen Meadow Ct, Imperial, Missouri, 63052, United States. Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refund Processing Time Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
